Leadership Challenge Foundation (LCF) is a Non-Governmental Organisation, created to help bridge the gap in skill acquisition, development and encourage vocational Education among the youths in Nigeria particularly and Africa in general. We are a team of professionals committed to the re-orientation and transformation of young artisans and entrepreneurs in Nigeria and Africa by equipping them with the skills needed to lead themselves and also lead others.

Leadership Challenge Foundation has impacted many MSMEs and craftsmen with the skills that are necessary to grow and excel in their crafts and businesses. We are not just passionate in what we do, but are equally ready to engage our young artisans and MSMEs with the best of our resources to making sure that they grow the business sector and drive the informal sector economy in Nigeria and Africa.
