Asiegbu Gregory is a certified IFC-LPI (International Finance Corporation – Learning and Performance Institute) trainer and a social impact leader with six years of experience in research, consulting, and programme Management. With a background in Petroleum Engineering. He currently works as the Manager of the Business Innovation Accelerator at the Lagos Business School, where he manages a team that help impact-driven business across Nigeria grow and scale.
Previously, Gregory has worked as a programme manager and a Researcher with Lagos Business School, he has contributed to journal articles, books, and technical notes, and organized trainings amongst which where the Training-of-Trainers in Entrepreneurship and the Entrepreneurship Accelerator Programme (EAP) Cohort 1 and 2. He was a project lead for a community-based project under the SDGs Advocacy Project (SAP) in Nigeria, where he organized medical outreach, entrepreneurial and skills development program for internally displaced persons. Gregory was an intern with Schlumberger an oil and Gas multinational and a course officer with Diamond School of Protocol and Etiquette.
Gregory is a founding team member of Leadership Challenge Foundation an NGO in Nigeria building the capacity of small businesses in the informal sector to engineer growth in the country and a partner at Sure-MAT Visual Perception. He was a scholar at the African 1millionteachers project and attended a Summer School in Entrepreneurship at Stellenbosch University. He is an alumnus of the EWOR Academy- Europe’s first founder education, Atlas Corp Virtual Leadership Institute, and the Mckinsey forward program. Through his work on several projects, he has developed strong abilities in research, programme management and consulting. He is an excellent communicator, leader, and team member. As a certified trainer Gregory enjoys focusing on topics around: Entrepreneurship, Opportunity Recognition, Design Thinking, Innovation, Business model generation, Value Proposition Design, Ace Matrix, Business Plan and Pitch Deck Writing.
