Joy Success-Ikpe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Adminis- tration from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology and a Master’s degree in Media and Communications at Atlantic University, Lagos. Having worked as a Human Resourc- es practionaer at the presti- gious Lagos Business School, spanning over 7 years, Joy is well-experienced in employee engagement and resourcing. She exudes a strong passion for the human side of work and loves to see the improve- ment of the individual at all levels, with a special focus on the youth. Joy is particularly interested in the growth and development of social, leadership and entrepreneural skills.
