Joy is passionate about bridging skill gaps among youths, especially Artisans and Entrepreneures. Her approach to this noble course is by building sustainable entrepreneurial skills and cultivating social skills with a shared sense of national identity, and leadership values. These skills, she believes are core for surviving and coping with the very dynamic world of today. Hence, her sustained interest in human capital development, within the Nigerian and African space.
She is the Founder of Leadership Challenge Foundation, an NGO which aims include to empower Artisans and Entrepreneures in the informal sector.
Joy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Office and Information Technology from the Rivers State University, Port Harcourt and a Master of Science degree in Media and Communications from the Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, as well as other business affiliated certifications.
Having worked as a programme administrator and as a Human Resources personnel in the prestigious Lagos Business school, spanning over 7 years, Joy is well-experienced in employee engagement and resourcing. She exudes a strong passion for the human side of work and loves to see the improvement of the individual at all levels, with a special focus on the youth.
