A veteran of 4 mergers, Uche had an early tutelage at the Industrial Court in Kenya, Court of Co-Determination, Mainz (Germany) and Commission on Conciliation and Arbitration (SA) under the auspices of the ILO as part of career exposure in the area of judicial globalization. He is currently a Senior fellow in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour at Lagos Business School, where he also teaches employment law and Strategic Human Resource Management. He brings to the classroom over four decades’ local and international experience in human resource manage- ment, negotiation and arbitration.
